HEATickets – Terms of Use

(Ticket Sales via the HEATickets Distribution Network)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

HEATickets (hereinafter referred to as “HEATickets”) is not the organizer of the events for which it distributes tickets.

Each event is organized by a third-party event organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), who is solely responsible for event execution and the issuance of tickets.

HEATickets acts solely as an authorized distributor of tickets on behalf of the Organizer and does not assume any liability related to event organization, execution, cancellations, postponements, or refunds.

2. TICKET PURCHASE

Online Purchases

Tickets purchased via the HEATickets online store are likewise non-cancellable and non-refundable. These transactions involve digital content (e.g., e-tickets in PDF format) tied to time-bound services.

By confirming the order, the buyer declares that they:

• Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
  
  
• Accept these Terms of Use;
  
  
• Understand that the purchase is final.
  
  

Online purchase process:

1. Select event and ticket category;
   
   
2. Enter personal information and accept Terms of Use;
   
   
3. Submit payment;
   
   
4. Receive confirmation and access to ticket(s).
   
   

3. TICKET DELIVERY METHODS

HEATickets offers the following delivery options:

E-Ticket (Print@Home)

Tickets are sent as PDF files to the provided email address and are also available for download on the confirmation page. Buyers must print the tickets on A4 paper and present them at the event.

M-Ticket (Mobile Ticket)

Mobile-formatted PDF tickets are delivered via email and may be stored on a smartphone. A fully charged battery is required to ensure access at the venue.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Accepted Payment Methods

• Online: credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro)
  
  

All ticket prices include VAT. No additional hidden charges apply.

Processing Fee

Online orders are subject to a processing fee of 4% per ticket. This fee covers transaction handling and operational costs and is non-refundable.

Currency Notice

All transactions are processed in Macedonian Denar (MKD). For users outside North Macedonia, currency conversion will be determined by their card issuer at prevailing rates.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed in a secure environment with SSL encryption. HEATickets does not store or have access to users’ card data.

Refunds for online payments (if applicable) are issued only to the original payment card.

Corporate Invoicing

Companies can request ticket purchases via invoice. Requests must be submitted to info@heatickets.com and must include:

• Company name, address, and Tax ID
  
  
• Contact email
  
  
• Event name, ticket quantity, and desired price category
  
  

5. CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS & REFUNDS

5.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:

• Full cancellation of the event;
  
  
• Postponement exceeding 120 days from the original date;
  
  
• Postponement due to force majeure exceeding 180 days.
  
  

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, labor strikes, or any other unforeseeable events beyond the Organizer’s control.

In the event of a qualifying cancellation or postponement, HEATickets will publish detailed refund instructions on heatickets.com

5.2. Refund Scope

Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. All service and processing fees are non-refundable. Costs incurred by the buyer (e.g., travel, accommodation, courier delivery) are not covered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or account.

5.3. Refund Process & Liability

HEATickets is not responsible for issuing refunds unless one of the following applies:

• Funds have not yet been transferred to the Organizer, and the Organizer instructs HEATickets in writing to process refunds;
  
  
• The Organizer transfers funds to HEATickets specifically for the purpose of issuing refunds.
  
  

In such cases, refunds will be processed within the following deadlines:

• Within 90 days of a cancellation;
  
  
• Within 60 days of the original event date if postponed by more than 120 days;
  
  
• Within 240 days if postponed due to force majeure.
  
  

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer affirms that they possess all rights necessary for publishing and distributing event-related content (text, images, branding, etc.) via HEATickets platforms.

The Organizer:

• Grants HEATickets the right to adapt, translate, and publish submitted content as needed;
  
  
• Guarantees that all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights;
  
  
• Accepts full responsibility for any legal claims arising from intellectual property violations and agrees to indemnify HEATickets accordingly.
  
  

HEATickets reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief, for any breach of these terms that may cause reputational or material damage.
